Numerical Studies of the Effect of Buffer composition on the pH Gradient Shape

This general strategy for numerically solving a system of equations requires a very powerful computer. The numerical simulations account for the acid-base equilibrium, adsorption equilibrium and mass transfer behavior. This describes the chromatographic theory for eluents containing adsorbing buffers.
